At WalkingPad, we want to ensure you are completely satisfied with your home fitness experience. If your treadmill isn't the perfect fit, you can return your order within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our support team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 2.
  Prepare the Equipment

  Securely pack your WalkingPad in its original packaging, including all manuals, tools, and power cords to ensure safe transit.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Attach the provided prepaid shipping label to the box and drop it off at the designated carrier location or schedule a home pickup.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned unit for quality assurance, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
